About Us

We are family and long-time friends bonded to
each other in a common cause to find a cure for breast cancer. We hope that our unique approach will add in some small measure to the efforts of the many dedicated researchers who provide hope for a cure; to the doctors, nurses, and care-takers who provide care and comfort; and to the women and men who suffer from this deadly disease.

State of Indiana Incorporation

Rock For The Cure Foundation Corporation was incorporated in the State of Indiana on September 30th of 2004 as a non-profit domestic corporation by the Secretary of State and issued an Employer Identification Number.

I.R.S. – 501 (c)(3)

Effective September 30th, 2004, Rock For The Cure Foundation Corporation was granted 501(c)(3) Public Charity Status. This determination denotes that our non-profit organization is tax exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This organization is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes as, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

Indiana Department of Revenue – Tax Exempt Status

Rock For The Cure Foundation Corporation applied for Tax Exempt Status with the Indiana Department of Revenue on August 31st, 2005. We have received our approval of the ST105 Form allowing Rock For The Cure to be exempt from sales tax in the State of Indiana.

Indiana Trademark

Rock For The Cure Foundation Corporation registered our logo for a Trademark with the Indiana Secretary of State on September 23rd, 2005. We received our Certificate of Trademark Registration on September 30th, 2005. The date of expiration is September 29th, 2015.

Rock For The Cure Foundation Corporation registered our logo for a Service Mark with the Indiana Secretary of State on September 23rd , 2005. We received our Certificate of Trademark Registration on September 30th, 2005. The date of expiration is September 29th, 2015.
